About
Zophia Kindrachuk is an Associate Attorney at RSC Law, where her practice focuses on immigration law. She works with clients across a range of matters, including family-based immigration, citizenship, employment-based immigration, humanitarian protection, and removal defense.
Zophia brings experience from her clinical fellowship with the University of St. Thomas School of Law’s Immigration Clinic, where she worked on complex immigration matters and supported clients navigating difficult immigration cases. Her work included legal research, drafting, and contributing to case strategy in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
In addition to her clinical experience, Zophia has worked in both private practice and corporate legal settings while in law school. Through these roles, she developed strong skills in legal analysis, writing, and managing detailed cases.
