About
Paul is a trial lawyer, first and foremost. He fights every day on behalf of injured people going through difficult times against powerful insurance companies. Paul seeks justice for his clients. He has as successfully resolved millions of dollars worth of claims through settlement, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and at trial. In 2023, Paul was named as a Minnesota Super Lawyer. In addition, Paul has twice been named (2020 and 2021) a Minnesota Super Lawyers – Rising Star which is only given to the Top 2.5% of Attorneys in Minnesota under age 40.
Paul has taken numerous cases to trial where he has continually obtained favorable jury verdicts for his clients. Besides trials, Paul has argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court through his appellate practice.
Paul has also represented clients in hundreds of no-fault arbitration hearings after the insurance company denied his clients’ medical bills, lost wages, and other benefits. Actions speak louder than words, Paul always fights for his clients from start to finish – no matter the odds. Paul is licensed in Minnesota and Kentucky.
