RSC Law Announces the Hiring of an Experienced Immigration Attorney

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota—RSC Law proudly announces the hiring of Associate Attorney Evangeline Dhawan-Maloney. Evangeline brings a wealth of experience in immigration law to the firm, with a focus on removal defense, family-based and humanitarian immigration, citizenship, and more.

She takes pride in vigorously advocating for her clients in many settings, including the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the Federal District Court. She has also helped numerous clients navigate the complex intersection of immigration and criminal or family law.

Prior to joining RSC law, Evangeline was an immigration attorney with Legal Aid, where she represented low-income individuals in various immigration matters. She feels strongly about helping her clients navigate the complex immigration system and has an unwavering commitment to providing them with the best possible legal representation.
