Evangeline Dhawan-Maloney is an associate attorney at RSC law, practicing primarily in the area of immigration. She specializes in removal defense, family-based and humanitarian immigration, citizenship, and much more. Evangeline takes pride in vigorously advocating for her clients in many settings, including the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the Federal District Court. Evangeline also has experience helping clients navigate the complex intersection of immigration and criminal or family law.

Prior to joining RSC law, Evangeline was an immigration attorney with legal aid, representing low-income individuals in many types of immigration matters.

Outside of work, Evangeline enjoys reading, cooking traditional Indian food, and spending time with her family, including two cats.
