Kevin Carrell

Kevin has worked at RSC Law for nearly two years developing extensive experience in workers’ compensation, car accidents, personal injury law, civil litigation, and guardianship and conservatorship law. Through working at RSC Law, Kevin has worked tirelessly on cases for trial, hearings, and helped facilitate numerous settlements. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about the legal process for car accident cases in Minnesota and has gained valuable knowledge regarding Minnesota’s No-Fault Insurance Act. In addition, Kevin is able to help with your work injury, and will work closely with you to make sure that you obtain the benefits the law allows and that your employer does not take advantage of you by pressuring you to return to work before you are ready, resulting in further injury. It brings Kevin great pleasure to help people injured in accidents obtain the compensation that they deserve, including both compensation for medical or wage loss benefits, and money in their pocket to compensate them for their pain and suffering.

Kevin likes to think of himself as a spark plug, a person that fills in and provides help where it is needed. He works diligently to accomplish tasks, no matter how difficult. He has been exposed to numerous areas of law during his time at RSC Law and feels that his experience assisting clients in immigration, auto accidents, guardianship, criminal defense, products liability, and family law cases has helped to make him a more well-rounded attorney. Prior to working for RSC Law, Kevin gained valuable experience working for a private criminal defense attorney in St. Paul, MN and working for the St. Croix County District Attorney’s office in Hudson, WI. He was also part of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law Immigration Law Clinic, where he helped numerous foreign nationals gain lawful status for themselves and their families in the United States. He gained valuable courtroom experience as a certified student attorney in each role, and is adept at presenting evidence before a judge in court and listening closely to his clients’ needs.
